He is a trained grass man. He will know what to seed with, and what to
overseed with (if you live in a place where summer/winter can take
advantage of 2 seasons of grass growth)

When you reseed - reseed with a high percentage of Rye - grows well in both
high and low light areas. It does grow fast so you will need to mow more
often than regular grass.

St Augustine. That is some tough grass, but you really need to keep on it.
It is basically a weed that will take over your neighbors yard if you are
not careful, but it looks really good. Also, if you get it too thick, you
will need a self propelled mower.
