Yeah
I enjoyed watching The Village in Cinema :)
I thought it was thought provoking about the merits of locking
yourself away from society to live life based on your own moral code.
Even with all the medicines in the world, would it really be worth it?

I guess "under-whelmed" would be the best way to describe my feelings about

The Village was probably my least favorite of his movies, but I did
like it. I don't know why, but I've always found the woods to be
creepy - so the scene where they would go to edge and put their back
to the trees just scared the living crap out of me.
Funny side story. When I was a young kid, I

I liked The Village. I'm not entirely sure why though. I had pretty
much figured out the twist early on. I had it narrowed down to three
similar situations. I'll admit though that it was my third choice, but

Well, Signs was the creepiest of -all- his films for me. But I was
allways reading UFO/Alien books when I was a kid and used to have
nighmares about them. That and Bigfoot. (I _still_ cast an eye to the
side of the road when I'm driving on the interstate at night.)

I don't know - I found it very scary in parts. I agree that this is
his worst film... although I don't think it was bad per se - just his
worst film. But one thing Night gets right - at least for me - is
creepyness. The parts that were scary were extremely scary for me.
My wife hated it though. Sh

This list and al
I enjoyed the movie thoroughly :-)
I thought it had a nice twist in the end that I didn't see coming.
I thought the acting was good, the story was refreshing and the settings and
camera work was just right for the story's elements and
characters.

I think it's appropriate. For many Americans that
Aw, come on. I kind of liked it. Okay, I'm seriously movie deprived.
But, if you were willing to suspend disbelief and not be the jaded
characters we usually are, it was a nifty story about fear and how
it's used to control people. Hm...not unlike what we're experiencing
in America right now, eh?

First, it's completely unbelieveable that so many people could have thought
moving into an isolated community and that they all could have kept a secret
like that. Also, even tho
but... the spoilers?!?
