Sure they do (unless there is another eNom reseller registrar) and it
really wasn't that difficult to find :-) It's listed in both the sitemap

That screen you get is the default domain expired screen that
Bulkregister/Enom use. I would harrass the reseller just a little more
and then move back to enom if they don't respond. You will need to get
it renewed prior to being able to change the nameservers back... and I
