I agree 100%. I also have a Dell Inspiron 7500 for my personal laptop and I haven't had a moment's trouble. It beats the pants off the IBM Thinkpad provided by work, stupid thing crashes if I open 3-4 applications at once. I highly recommend Dell. Stay away from IBM. 02, Kristine C. Hege
