Well as much as it hurts me to say it, we've decided to let our original dev
complete the job. After a serious tongue lashing he's agreed to work
in-house where I can keep an eye on him and manage his progress.
Ultimately it came down to the learning curve a new dev would face getting
familiar

a few people.
Over the next few weeks we'll know for sure how we're going to move forward.
I'd like to use a different dev to finish the project, but ultimately it's
the presi's decision.

I wish. Instead it's a pain in my arse. We have a project being done by a
contract dev that's just dropping the ball all over the place. It's a
project that I inherited when I came on board and now it's turning into a
nightmare.
