I have three servers that all have the same websites, if we lose one of our
servers or the ISP line goes down we have a service that will automatically

On a Windows server, I would scheduled a bat file that would ftp the
files on the master server to the mirror servers a few times a day. Free
and easy.
There are a few FTP programs that can do this as well. FTP Voyager can
do it.

I was thinking if there is a program out there that would allows us to
update one server as the Primary staging server, then this program would
compare files with the others servers and update them with any changes
that
were made on the primary server. This would really help us out, if all
