It depends on what you want the cc monthly statement for the payer to read.
Is it you or the secondary party that should appear on the billing statement?
Who should the payer call when things go bad, or they want a refund?

seems like ur question really isnt a COLDFUSION question, more
of a process question, and the really simple answer is, you just split
it based on the values they should be and process accordingly?
