I'm receiving e-mails back from 11/26. Like this one from Gel. It's
been like this for several days now. Did something happen where e-mail
delivery was eff'd up for a while? I don't think its got anything to do
with this list because I'm getting old spam too.

Whoo..then that's a more serious error.
It would be good to know what caused it though.
It could have been the Network card messing around and causing the
system CPU usage to spike.
That's what happened to me. The first time it was Spyware, the second it
was a bad network card.
Best of luck

What sort of Network card do you have?
if you disable all your network connections ie disable all the LAN
connections in the View Network Connections section, does it fall back
to normal?

Thanks. It complained of wanting a MS bug tracker something installed,
but
it seems to be working anyway.

Have you looked at PMon from sysinternals? I'm not CERTAIN it will do
what
you need, but you can give it a try.

Something is stealing my cpu. When I look at the Task Manager, the System
process isn't dropping down to 0 like it should. It's hovering around 25%
at
the minimum.
Does anyone know of a tool to inspect whats running
