+1 for easynews. I didn't use all of my allowed bandwidth one month so they rolled it over into the next one. They have a great price and you can always earn extra bandwidth. I use Giganews Binary Newsreader for all my searching and downloading needs. http://www.giganews-binary-newsreader.com/
