Having an issue on a site that I use for college and had to go to Support.

Interesting. There's another version of this on youtube that has
subtitles in English only. It goes on to include the IT telling him to

While doing tech support in college, I learned that there are basically
two types of people I'd go out to help (I was the "on-site" guy).
The first were generally nice people, who knew that the wierd quirks of
computers and the network weren't something they would understan
Yeah I usually find that the ego comes out when they feel they have to
defend themselves.

Doesn't Outlook store its settings in the Registry? Can't you just send him a .reg file to double-click?
