Well, the problem is two fold. The first is that you have to be of sound mind. I have to wait till I can speak again after that line. :) The second is that (I believe) you need a notary to view the signing of the will. I'm not sure webcams work for it. At 07:00 PM 2/6/02, you wrot

I love the way a thread kinda changes and has kids ... What if I posted my will to this list. Like, I've just stated that I want my organs donated and my body cremated. Does this make my request official? What are the legalities of wills written as emails and sent to someone? Anyone ever hear of
