There is no infallible way to stop this. You can only track someone by the information that is available to you, i.e. a cookie or an IP address. But cookies can be deleted and IP's can change, so then you no longer have a way to know that person has visited the site before. The best you can do is v

A fairly normal problem with access, if it is a big database. If it is not a particularly big db, try doing a repair on it and see if that improves things, in which case you need to get your client to regularly do this. When a access database is regularly in use it tends to become bloated with crap

We use a modified version of Ben Forta's mailform tag. What we did is just add the ability to replace _ with spaces, add a redirect attribute, ignore fields attribute for hidden fields and ignore the submit button. Now our non cf developers can just build forms using fieldnames with _ for spaces.
