If there is absolutely no logic / programing needed then you should be able
to convert it to a HTML page. But if it requires anything to do with setting
variables etc., then you will need to convert it to PHP or ASP.Net or
something else.
But as others will tell you and I am sure you are aware,
the binary images that are also included
here are apparently encoded some how
Could they be bas64 encoded? What does the wsdl say about the format of the
response elements?
