I manage a number of CF5 sites and maintain the scripts on may local machine
which needed to be upgraded to Vista. After a lot of messing about I surprised
myself and finally got this going. I've no idea what is or isn't necessary in
the following description of what I did but it DOES work.

ISAPI was made for IIS 3. It's not surprising that Microsoft has chosen
another mechanism for processing dynamic requests since then.

Just a bit weird that IIS 7 is not running ISAPI by default, considering
that ISAPI was made especially for it ;-)

We have been able to run CF5 in CGI mode, but not with ISAPI.
