The only relevant key I can find is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Allaire\Studio45\DreamweaverIntegration
but that's just Yes/No.

Do you just want UltraDev to be your default editor?
Windows: you can just Shift+right-click any file to get the "Open With" dialog. Once
there, choose UltraDev and check the
"Always open this file type with this program" box.
You can go through Windows Explorer, view File Types and make a
