A second vote for SmarterStats. Previous to that we were using Sawmill
http://www.sawmill.net/
It's VERY powerfull but the on-the-fly processing was killing our
server. If you have the hardware or run it locally it's great. It will
chug through about any
Sawmill is awesome. We use it for everything BUT weblogs. Even has a CF
application log parser.

It runs two processes taking up about 75mb ram. Haven't noticed any alow
down on the server, a 2.6ghz pentium with 1gb ram.
