http://www.blah.com/page.cfm?foo=bar#spot
I should warn you however
Try wrapping it in URLEncodedFormat.

Have you tried swapping the order of the url parameter and the inline
link? Works for me if I put the query string before the inline link,
although I imagine this behavior may be browser and/or web server
dependant. I'm using IE4 and IIS4.
