It usualy means the siteminder database is corrupt. There is blank copy of the database in the database folder, stop CF and SM, copy it over and reboot. (I'm still bitter over the CF4.5.2 -> CF5 migration I just did. Worked fine on the dev. and test boxes, but the SM migration app died on the liv
