There is blank copy of the database in the database folder, stop CF and SM,
copy it over and reboot.
(I'm still bitter over the CF4.5.2 -> CF5 migration I just did. Worked fine
on the dev. and test boxes, but the SM migration app died on the liv

was divide the people to groups according to their
level of access. Then check on each page before
displaying it if they are one of those that are
allowed access to that page o
Go to the admin WWW page, advanced section. Tick the first box.
Go to userdirectorys, and create a new one with namespace=Windows NT, and
location = name of the domain.
Then its just ya standard rules and users (I use the resource view,
resources button on main advanced page).

I would suggest going to www.cftutorials.com. There is an excellent security
script there, and its a tutorial so you can actually learn how it works. Not
only does it have login/logout features, but it also prevents multiple
logins from the same user (an awesome feature).
