mail server is idle most of the time, even when sending huge jobs thru CF.

This isn't a mail server issue, cf is throwing out an error with writing to
a spool file.

Just one thought -- is your mail server in the "actLogin.com" domain? If
not it may not be allowing you to send mail with that domain in the "from"
header.
