Yes, you can do this through Windows Script Host. By default, when you
install IIS, you get a bunch of WSH files for managing IIS in your
Inetpub\Adminscripts
We use IP addresses in our UNC paths all the time without any problems.
Just make sure you have the proper account permissions and you should be
fine.
