Just to be sure - your is being run every request, right? I
noticed your code made use of attributes - which leads me to believe
it's in a custom tag. If so, are you sure the tag is _always_ run?

OK, look at the raw HTTP traffic using something like Ethereal or anything
else capable of sniffing HTTP traffic. Compare a successful session with an
unsuccessful session.
