Oops. Chapter 2 lists onApplicationStart as onApplicationStar ( unless that's a new application event in CF9 that's not in the docs ), but more importantly has an arrow pointing from "Requested template missing" to onError, when in reality onMissingTemplate is what happens first. Which isn't list
