Acually i just got off the phone with an SQL Administrator at interland and they say that SQL 2000 (Enterprise Manager) will connect to SQL 7.0 Server but it wont open the database folder. so i reinstalled SQL 7.0 and for whatever reason it connected fine this time, i didnt change or do anything
