Upgrading to CFMX 7

A client is considering upgrading from CF5 to CFMX, but they're worried about whether their K2 Verity functionality is going to break. Has anyone had to handle this aspect before?  Is the upgrade as reliable with K2 Verity as it is with everything else? Any gotchas? Cheers Mike Kear Windsor, NSW
