Yes! Prices are great!
It looks like we can not use our own domain. If I pay, may be I would
like to use my own subdomain such as svn.mydomain.com
Anyway, this is a non-profit organization and I think the free service
(opensvn.csie.org) must be enough for them. :)

If you are looking for Trac and SVN, I'd consider http://svnrepository.com/
They are not free, but do yourself a favor and check out their pricing and
plans.
They have been rock solid for me. Simple interface, but effective. Control over
your Trac.ini file. Unlimited Trac. etc...
