You might want to check out webedit pro by ektron. http://www.ektron.com/ewebeditpro.cfm Very impressive feature set and very customizable. They had a Mac version for OS 9 not too long ago I thought. They don't seem to list that now. Wonder if they had too many problems with OS X support. (guess
