the methodology...
Is there a site that will take
me through the process in detail? Or do

I have someone willing to pay $1,6K for it.
They arenot interested in signing up for a Sensis service and pay
through the nose.

I think your example will scare my intended target
audience.
I want to have simple snippets of how to achieve
stuff, perhaps later on have a section on more advanced / best practice stuff.

It doesn't really matter which backend it connects to.
I generated all the cf code with the the rds wizards.

Simple answer is, you can't do it. If you want to define the name of
the pdf document in the save, or email buttons, it has to be available
on the server and embedded the same (not exactly the same) way you
embed a flash (swf) movie.
