There were no "standard" Yenko Chevelles as far as I know. Aside from the interior dress-up and stripes/badges, options were whatever the aftermarket had. Any wheels, glass hoods, shifters, tachs, etc. I remember seeing a picture of a 69 Yenko with a rear spoiler from a 1st generation Camaro.

Good luck! From past experience I do know that HI was notorious for changing manufacturers of some of their parts during production. Make sure you find out the exact build date before you try to hunt down parts. I guarantee that if you don't have the date you will have problems.
