Dan, I had my local performance shop make up braided stainless
steel lines with AN fittings for me recently. Most of these guys know what
adapters to use as they have been making this type of line for drag cars.
Another choice is any good hydraulic hose supplier can make up braided SS hoses

Is there a windlace that goes around the edges of the headliner?
How do you attach the material to the sail panel boards and the boards to
the car? It seems like the headliner glue and windlaces would do for
