crossmember or bulkhead. Between that and the rear bumper is an area that
measures approximately 24" x 28". I went with a five gallon air tank and it fits

Let me know how you like it;
as we discussed before, I'm considering the Airride for my '66 El
Camino.
Where did you put the tank?

Hi All,
I have a Addco rear sway bar that I purchased for
my 65 and never got to install it before the vehicle was sold. It is a 1"
diameter rear bar, and comes with all of the mounting hardware. If anyone
is interested, contact me off list and I will send pictures.
Thank you.

I'll try changing the u-joints first!
But aren't the vibrations supposed to fade away at
higher speeds if it's the u-joints?
I've got no other "typical bad u-joint"
symptoms!?
Best regards

What's killing the domestic car companies is the higher cost of doing
business and the "perception" that imported cars are higher quality.
Hyundais and their ilk are butt-ugly and have terrible resale value. They
have to have a sales gimmick like the 10yr/100,000 mile warranty to get

Sounds like a u-joint going out or the driveshaft out

I really don't think building retro cars will save GM or Ford. I will take
a change in consumer confidence. That's the reason the foreign car sell so
well. Looks at Hundi's 100,000/10 yrs warranty. Theirs a reason people buy
Acura or Lexus - reliability. My last new car was a 92 Grand Voya
