Orange/white wire is for the dome light on my 69. It goes in the flat
container that runs to the trunk. And there's a connection over the
left inner wheel well, and from there to the dome light.

on the console, on the very end of
it (closest to the back seat), there is a little light therecalled a
"courtesy light." Pretty much it lights up when you open the door...just like a
dome light.
