Does the kit come with a drawing of your cars wiring harness? They say their stuff is plug and play. You may want to look at a 66 GM manual. The public library should have a GM manual with wiring diagrams. Larry Williams Larry Shouse wrote: I got two wiper switches with my car. Looking

It really depends on the stereo your installing. A small indash unit w/o an external amp could come off your acc spade in the fuse box. If your running any kind of high wattage amp you will want to run a dedicated line from the battery. Trooper - Original Message - From: Larry

Clean the whole fuel system. From the tank to the carb. If the carb had gas in it and was left for a long time it is probably a mess inside.. Your seals and gaskets may leak - hopefully not too bad. Don't forget the brake and master cylinder. The rest you got figured out. Good luck Larry

I'm in the middle of changing out my heater core on my 68 SS with A/C. The A/C is not hooked up. The problem I'm having is getting the case apart from the inside.I've taken all the nuts off from the outside fire wall. But it still won't come apart. The 68 service manual gives very little

Dennis, I think you will find a couple of hidden nuts, one low and one high, that are real tough to get to. I haven't worked on a 68, but I'm guessing it is the same as earlier models. It may require the inner fender to be removed. I have modified my 64 and 65 with access holes thru the inner

Do you have an assembly manual?? Page C 60, A6 (#264 in my book) shows the studs nuts that hold the case to the firewall. It looks like you have to take the lower duct and the upper flange off in order to reach through the heater box to get to one of the studs on the lower part of the case.
