Tha was going to be my question. Does it have a carburetor or Fuel
Injection? Both are great, but the modern ones will need a computer and the
old ones need good gas!

Take that piece of junk out of the truck and ship it to me.
I'll even be nice and split the shipping fee with you. ;-)

I have a chance to buy a 1946 Chevy truck with a LT1 Corvette Engine. Does
anyone know if it's a decent engine or should it be thrown away?
One more thing, Hans. On the edges of the pan, all
bolt holes and flanges need to not streached on way or
another. In other words, the flange should be nice and
straight, not bent, or dished due to the last gasket
installation or re-tightening. Finally, tighted to the

From what I understand Hans, those are to be installed dry. Just make sure the mating surfaces are really clean. --Shawn'69 Corvette 427 4-Speed'69 Chevelle SS 396 4-Speed'69 Charger R/T 383 4-Speed'67 Chevy C-10 3-On The Tree'00 Suzuki GSX-R 750 1-Down, 5-Up On Sep 25, 2006, at 11:52 AM, <[EMAIL P
Hi
I'm about to install a Milodon oil pan on my fresh rebuilt 350. The gasket is a
Fel-pro ( 1-piece ) and it' mad of either silicone or rubber.
My understanding is, I don't need any RTV or similar with this kind of gasket.
Could somebody confirm or correct me?
