I'd take that chance.. The jobs won't leave. In fact, I'd argue
that without the all-powerful unions, we'd have more competitive
products, which would mean more sales, which would mean more jobs.

Here's a fun 'oldie' to watch! It's about street racing, and lots of

Wow, it has been a LONG time! I had to blow the dust off this one.
Hey Derek, don't be offended. We're all just easily amused, and this
used to be a frequent request, so it got to be a big joke (at least to
us 'old-timers' on the list).
Cheers!

This is getting to be quite comical
Thanks Bill.
You have my correct email address. I've received about 40 emails today,
so I'm not sure why your's would've bounced.
You can also use mjp...@5speedtransmissions.com if you want.
Thanks,

Or go with a TREMEC 5sp for around $2,200 for a brand new trans, rated
at 600 ft lb, and an overdrive to boot.

That's been my experience, just as you describe. The door was WAY off,
and it took over $1,000 worth of body work to make it fit. And the
rubber seals do not fit right, so I can't roll up the window without
manually adjusting the rubber seal near the front.
I would've been far better off to

Hi Steve,
The 16g is what comes out of the brake backing plate. I run a 10g back, but
it just flat sucks to try to attached a 10g to a 16g. What a joke. That's
why I'm looking for a junction box with a stud terminal.
I'm wondering how the boat trailer brakes are connected (at the wires) to

yup, that's the plan. Likely a bit extreme, but I'm really tired of doing
this over and over and over.
