Well it has been sometime since I have done anything to my project 69 Mallibu. Mainly because it has been way to cold out and I had to get the 70 ready for World of Wheels. Now I can finally get the 69 done. I found the last part I need to complete it, the vinyl top moldings. True Connections out

Here's another update on the 69 project.
Both 1/4 panels are on, I had the engine/tranny rebuilt, just got the engine back today. We are going to put the engine/tranny in the frame tomorrow and try to drop the body back on to the frame Sunday. I plan on having this car in the body shop

I've seen it in person. It was offered to me for my 69 but I didn't want to dye

Well I thought I was going to be able to get the old 69 Malibu out to the paint shop by the end of this month, not gonna happen. The body work is mostly complete. We still have to hang the new 1/4s on.
I need an opinion here on the 1/4's too. The repro skins I bought extend over the rocker panels
Don't feel bad Tom. I got my 69 into the
resto shop in November, and the guy hasn't even started it yet. He originally
said it would be ready by March. Somehow I think it will take a bit longer...
