Sounds like it isn't firing. Pull the plug and look to see if it looks
fuel fouled, also you can hook your timing light up to it and see if it
triggers the strobe. That will at least let you know

I remember taking a muncie out of a 69 Ss to put in my
71 non-ss because the cold was so bad the transmission
froze up. This was 1978, ackron ohio. And I did this
