Charles, The clearance is very tight on the draglink. The
grease fitting problem is because at some point someone has replaced the inner
tie rods with incorrect ones. The originals had the grease fittings on the end
of the ti
I have seen the same problem several times, usually the alignment solves
the problem.

Same situ on my 65. I didn't build it originally but the power front disc brakes are
off a later olds set-up, 70 I think, and I've got the same grease fitting problem.
Take out the plugs, put in the fitting, grease, take out the fitting and plug it up
til next time.
