You didn't say weather that was a hot or cold reading ... I'll assume it was
at idle. If the engine was cold... very low... should read in the 60-70
range ... especially at start up. hot ... probably ok at idle ... 20-30
seems to be about the norm. If you think it's a real issue, you
I need to know what a normal oil pressure reading is for a 95 or 96 LT1 350
with aluminum heads. I have VDO Heritage Gauges and all I get on the reading
is 20 PSI. I need to check the sending unit and will try a different gauge.

LT1 heads are decent but not earthshaking,flow-wise. A 52mm TB flows around
750cfm,,a 58mm flows around 1,000cfm.
If you want to wake that engine up,install a GM Hot LT4 cam. Does your LT1 have
tubular headers?

I need some advice about an LT1 engine I have in a 46 Chevy Truck I bought
recently. I notice on Summit they have an Air Fuel Sensor and a 52MM and a
58MM throttle bodies. Does any one know if changing either or both will make
a difference in performance on a stock LT1 engine. It is either a 1995 o
