lower rates along

Dan: If you've got the credit you can get a loan. The bank or credit union would
just put a lien on the title just like buying from a dealer, etc. Or you could be
offered a personal loan. Then it doesn't matter what you do with the $$. They know
you have the means to pay it back. I
