Howdy.. I'm putting an electric fan on my car this year, and bought a temp. sensor to control the on/off cycle of the fan. The switch is supposed to be installed in one of the heads.. Wouldn't it be better to install the sensor in the radiator? after all, the fan is blowing on the radiator,

Hi: You are better off having the temp. sensor in one of the heads.The reason is you want the electric fan to come on when the temp. in the engine reaches a certain temp.The temp. in the radiator is always going to be lower than what is in the block to keep the engine cool.And your concern is
