The one piece pan is nice if you are also putting
new quarter panels on the car. The problem is; you can't get the one piece pan
into the car through the trunk opening with both quarters in place.

bought a 3 piece set from Ausleys. Since th

to install but you have the extra seams to deal with. Neither is easy.

Those were knockouts that were used to allowed drainage after the body
was dipped in primer. The plugs are installed with seam sealer (In my
car about three times more than the guy really needed). :) No welding
involved.
