[Chicken-hackers] [PATCH] Drop (provide* ...) compatibility shims

These were only there for compatibility when bootstrapping from CHICKEN 4, to make any units that are run early in startup indicate that they'd been loaded (this is done automatically for units compiled with 5.0.0). Now that we have a snapshot release, these can go away. ---
