They gave him the KC shot, so it just maybe like us when we get a flu shot,
we can still have symptoms. The KC shot should avoid it from turning into
pneumonia. They some times have to try a couple of different antibiotics to
see which one will work, so it is good that you will get him to the vet

Ah.actually not surprising. Seems like most dogs that come
from a shelter come home with kennel cough. Yes "sigh"
Hope he is better after a few days of antibiotics.
Big Hugs for him and you.

his nose is so stuffy he is breathing through his mouth. Lo
At vet today he was just a little over ten pounds - she said he could actually
gain a little weight. He checked out OK - has salve for the congunctivitis,

he really is still positive for heartworm because he still h

I so understand the feelings you are going through. We lost our precious

encouraged that there is a light at the end also. He will
I was ready to tear my hair out with him. He is very food oriented and I

Thank you so much for your input. I will try both the lotrimin/hydrocortazone
mixture and the tea tree oil. In my mind, anything I can do naturally has to
be better than the poisons the vet is suggesting. It may be necessary to go to
those in the end but not right now. He is a little perkier

Thanks, Joan. I think I have another Desi here. I just figured out this
morning that as long as he can see me - he won't go. So, when I walked totally
away - he did go in the yard and at least pooped after a long time pacing. I
guess it will just be a long and patient road for the little gu

puppy we have that was dumped is an aussie or aussie mix and I already was told
about the gene by a woman who runs the aussie rescue group - something I'm
talking to vet about. The only heartworm treatment recommended i
