I did the following:
1) Crashed Chrome to make sure it was still a problem
2) Ran EnableLocalCrashDumps.reg
3) Crashed Chrome.
4) Looked in

I can confirm this. I hit three tabs about 1 second apart and chrome
closes fairly
repeatably.
