Ok I just removed --load-extension and now I don't see these message on
chrome://extensions/ any more, neither does it show up before loading Chro

When adding --load-extension to the Google Chrome Shortcut Target this
message appear
on a separate window, as a warning message before opening

Never mind, I had a bad tag on the target for Google Chrome, the problem is
fixed.
