'Bookmarks synced...' kinda looks weird/like a tyop to me (see attached),

I don't think the app menu needs to change after it's opened... as long as
it is set
correctly when it's opened...
The menus are transient and will be closed

When I last looked at the app menu, we couldn't change the text in real
time because it
was only laid out once when opened and didn't change.
