i get slower scroll on pages with a lot of JS and CSS that the page you
refered, but yes,
the scroll some times frezes.

How are you scrolling? I see scrolling >10fps (looks like about 20fps,
eyeballing it) if I grab the thumb and drag,
but much less if I use the mouse wheel or trackpad
