UDP broadcast forwarding on cat 6k?

Has anyone out there had problems getting UDP broadcasts to forward on anything other then the default Cisco ports between VLANs on a Cat 6k series with an MSFC? I'm running 12.0(3)XE1, and want to forward UDP RPC (port 111) broadcasts for NIS between VLANs, but no matter what combinations I try,

A great and very popular freeware tool for monitoring traffic utilization and creating on the fly graphs is MRTG located at: http://ee-staff.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/mrtg.html you normally run MRTG every 5 minutes to check the MIB objects that contain bit counters to calculate bandwidth.
