The best materials are the Cisco Courseware, and Cisco IOS Quality of Service Solutions Configuration Guide Release 2.2, I'd also recommend taking a look at the DQoS Boson's, they are pretty close to the materials from what I've seen. I'm taking this exam on Saturday, so I'll let you know how
