Flem Hi,
If you do not specify a process-max-time does that mean that a process never
voluntarily relinquishes the processor?

In order to advertise the loopback interface as /24 instead of /32 you
should use the command interface: ip ospf network point-to-point.

Because EIGRP only run when some change occur, it works like a link state
protocol, but it also have some feature of distance vector protocol.

Hi, does anybody know whether there is a way to check the integrity of Cisco
IOS images (on my PC's disk) before trying to load them into a router?
Alternatively if someone could tell me or give me a reference to the
algorithm I'll write a program to do it and make it available.
Than
Ryan,
I'll go and try it right now.
Many thanks,
Hugo

Don't we all know the answer to that.
Everyplace I've worked confuses its objectives with its techniques.
If (when) it goes wrong, we can use the Nuremberg defence.

Full-Routing. With two, the memory allocation doesn't double, but may rise
to around 100MB.
So, if you want to have all that fancied'up IOS version (IP PLUS IPSEC
3DES), have Full-BGP-Routing and still be on the safe side, upgrade RAM to
256MB.
